I was talking to a friend today, and she was feeling afraid. Powerless. Overwhelmed. Like a lot of us do this week.
The world is scary, sometimes, and sometimes it gets overwhelming.
And that’s ok.
Just keep doing what you can. Every little bit helps.
During WWII, some people smuggled babies out of the ghettos.
Others made posters.
So if you’re tired, or scared, make some posters. If you can’t make posters, offer a shoulder for those who are hurting.
Maybe one day you’ll be able to smuggle a baby. And if you can’t, that’s ok, too. You are a shoulder for someone who does, and in the coming hours, they’ll need it.
